Antagonistic muscle training is a very good time saving advanced training technique. It works exceptionally well if you are 40 years of age or older and want a great pump at the gym but don't have hours to train.
Great for bodybuilding over 50 years old and muscle building over 60 years old.
Working antagonistic body parts at the same time can cut your workout in half.
