『環保標章』計劃是行政院環保署於1992年訂定並立法通過，立意在提供國人選購「低污染、省能源、可回收」綠色消費。此次Honda Taiwan領先汽車業界率先以CR-V及FIT兩車款，提出申請環保標章認證，在包括車體使用塗料不含重金屬與其有機化合物，車輛噪音及污染排放符合國家標準，車身內裝的外殼塑膠件不得使用鹵素等有毒物質，產品設計製造需符合CNS14021「可拆解之設計」要求，確保老舊回收與再利用...等共計九項目嚴格審核，通過認證獲得行政院環保署認可頒發『環保標章』。
Honda Taiwan不僅最先取得環保標章，亦領先汽車業界，率先承諾中華民國車輛製造同業工會的「資源回收再利用法自願性規範」，所有販售Honda車款都有85%以上車用零件是可回收的材質，不僅節制資源浪費，也減緩對環境污染破壞。今後，也將繼續廣泛採用環保、節能的資源，導入環保車款提供國人更多可安心使用的駕馭樂趣。
